LISA DIONISIO, CPA
Founder & CEO
Lisa is a Sooner at heart but holds her B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota.
She started her career at Arthur Andersen in Minneapolis in the private client services department. She moved from public accounting into the banking industry but continued to specialize in financial planning for high-net-worth individuals. Her transition to bookkeeping and advisory services began after moving back to Oklahoma in 2007 where several of her friends were opening businesses and needed accounting help.
Lisa is passionate about giving back to the community. She serves on the boards for Bridges, the Norman Public School Foundation and Oklahomans for the Arts. She is also an active member of St. Mark's in Norman. She is a wife and mother of two teenagers, a lover of yoga, travel, and a good cup of coffee.

CASSIE RIGSBY
Lead Accountant
Cassie holds a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. She is currently attending Southeastern Oklahoma State University to get her Master’s in Business Administration. From there, Cassie plans to complete the exams to become a Certified Public Accountant.
Cassie started her career at Chesapeake Energy Solutions in the Land Audit Department. Cassie’s transition to bookkeeping began in June of 2018 when she began working for Lisa. The variety in different fields of accounting is what allowed Cassie to find her love in working for Paxus and working alongside so many different business owners. Providing accounting services to so many different types of industries is exactly the challenge Cassie enjoys.
Cassie is passionate about volunteering at her local church. She is a wife and a mother of four beautiful daughters. She is a certified yoga instructor and loves teaching classes. She cannot stand coffee but thoroughly enjoys a hot chai tea latte.

BECKY HUMPHERS
Lead Accountant
Becky holds a B.S. in Mathematics with an emphasis on Computer Science from East Central University. After graduating, Becky continued her studies at the University of Oklahoma pursuing accounting courses.
Becky started her career at MidFirst Bank in their Research & Acquisition department as a research/financial analyst. She spent her time researching and creating pricing models for loan acquisition deals. After her time at MidFirst, Becky took a break from working to stay home and take care of her children. During these years she was engaged as a community volunteer in the schools and local non-profits. Lisa recruited Becky to come work with her and use her skills to help small business owners.
Becky is active in the Norman community. She serves in her church and is also a longtime member of Assistance League of Norman where she has held the office of President, Treasurer and buyer for Operation School Bell. Becky is a wife and mother of 2 adult children. She loves traveling, reading and playing with her fur babies.

JENNIFER SANDERS
Staff Accountant
Jennifer earned her BA in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma. After graduating, she met her husband and step-son. It was important for her to focus on her family, so she worked a flexible position for eleven years at Agar, Ford, Jarmon & Muldrow, a local insurance agency. After a brief hiatus from employment, Jennifer became a Project Manager for a fiber optic engineering firm out of Jacksonville, Florida, where she worked for six years.
In October 2022, Jennifer joined Paxus CPA. Although her background is not accounting, Jennifer is a jill-of-trades and can adapt to most any situation. She takes pride in attention to detail and building client relationships.
Jennifer and her husband have two children together. Aside from her family, Jennifer’s passion is helping others. She is a Board member of Assistance League Norman and a regular volunteer with Meals on Wheels Norman and Food & Shelter, Inc. Jennifer will start her own non-profit in 2023 to honor her grandfather and his contributions to the Norman Public Schools’ orchestral program. Lester’s Music Resource will provide musical instruments to children in Norman Public Schools. Her goal is to “Make Music for Everyone”.

KRISTIE ANDREWS
Staff Accountant
Kristie graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance.
She started her career at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) working on the Month End Reconciliation team then moved to the Financial Statements department. After her first child was born, she decided that she wanted a more flexible work schedule where she could work part-time. She was able to transition into bookkeeping and was brought on by Lisa in 2019 and has loved it ever since.
Kristie is a wife and mother of two young children. She is an avid reader, loves to take walks, sewing, and doing craft projects with her daughter.

MICHELLE MAULDIN
Staff Accountant
Michelle earned her B.S in Behavioral Health in 2009 and is continuing her education to work toward a degree in accounting and finance.
Michelle has been doing bookkeeping for more than 20 years. She began her journey as a small business owner, and over time brought her talents to other small businesses and later, large corporations. She has had bookkeeping experience in oilfield equipment rental, transportation, construction, cleaning, property management and more. She finds joy in solving the puzzles and bringing order to clients’ books.
In her personal time, Michelle spends her time with her children and grandchildren at every opportunity, in whatever form that may take. Michelle has a strong faith in God and a firm belief that family is the greatest investment you can make. Michelle is a lifelong animal lover and has two cats and one dog that she adores. She takes advantage of any occasion for metal detecting, crochet, long rides on the motorcycle and gardening in her free time.
